Bedroom has one queen bed and living room has one queen sofa bed. Air-conditioned one car garage has built in cabinets and work desk. It can be used as a flex space/work room with lots of storage.

Included is a membership to Gulf Harbors Beach Club’s well-maintained private beach with its own beach chairs, grills, showers & restrooms. Picnic in one of its cabanas, swim, sunbathe, stroll & watch a magnificent sunset. Nearby charter service offers boat/kayak rental to explore white-sand Anclote key, sandbar, lagoon, or go fishing, dolphin/manatee watching.

Walking distance to Publix market & retail shopping, restaurants & banks.
