Our beautiful 2-bed/2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults. It has been recently renovated and meticulously maintained. It offers a spacious interior and ocean front balcony that delivers a spectacular view. Hidden secret…there is actually a view of the ocean from every window in unit!
Appreciate all that this location has to offer, quietness and privacy far enough from the hustle and bustle of poolside activities but still close enough to hear the soothing sounds of the ocean surf.
Enjoy a relaxing walk along the shore and soak up the sun at the beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool. Poolside tables, chairs, chaise lounges and umbrellas available. Shared BBQ area available.
Kitchen is fully equipped with Cuisinart appliances, automatic ice maker, nutribullet, 2 slice toaster, counter top wine fridge, automatic garbage disposal and stainless steel appliances. Clothing washer & dryer IN UNIT!
All beds have high end pillow top mattresses and high thread count linens for maximum comfort. Furnished with beautiful pieces from Wayfair and World Market make the space feel warm, relaxing and inviting. Ceiling fans( 3 speed) in both bedrooms gor maximum comfort.

Lunch time, no problem, just 5 miles to Flagler Avenue where you can enjoy a lobster roll at Heavenly Cafe or a burger and beer at The Breakers or Ocean Breeze Tiki Bar & Grill. There are many other restaurants that offer a wide variety of dinning choices; Flagler Tavern, Avanu or The Courtyard Grill to name a few. Boutique shopping and nightlife on Flagler Avenue is not to be missed, take a stroll and enjoy!

Dinner time, too tired to cook? Beachside just minutes from our condo is Mia Mexico for casual authentic dine in or take out and the Bakers Table for a more upscale dining experience. River Deck Tiki Bar, The Garlic or JB Fish Camp are great for large groups. In the mood for fall of the bone BBQ ribs and outdoor picnic tables…try Uncle Chicken on Dixie Hwy just past Canal street.

A Wonderful Getaway
This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We absolutely love the property and the location. The amenities are wonderful and the owners are attentive and very responsive. I never worry when I stay at this property. It is clean and so comfortable. The views are gorgeous and everyone we meet is so kind.

Our favorite week of the year
We have stayed at this unit now for a week for several years now and always enjoy it, Rich the owner is very responsive… kitchen selection and furniture selection is comfortable as well as the primary bed which is important when trying to relax at the beach .. location at this part of the island could not be better as it’s never over crowded as compared to other parts in New Smyrna … pool is also fun … will continue to rent here annually as long as we travel to New Smyrna

Great Property and Location
Had a great vacation in NSB. Excellent property with plenty of room, good beds and great AC. We liked being away from the more crowded areas but close enough to many great restaurants and attractions. Owners were very responsive and accommodating with our very late check-in. If/When we vacation in this area again, will definitely check if this property is available. Thanks!

Another fantastic week
We have stayed here before… and will stay here again. In the past year they continue to upgrade contents and furnishings… the access to the unit via electronic lock makes it so easy to both check in and to go in and out to the beach daily when you don’t want to have to carry a key around. Unit overall is excellent with plenty of space and kitchen ware etc.. To me, the most critical when spending a week at the beach is to have a comfortable master bed as so many have awful beds .. in this unit I slept great each night. The unit is on top floor so even though at close to furthest point from beach near road you can still see the ocean from back deck and over the complex next door (you don’t really need a close view as you should be out on the beach or pool every day anyway!) Owner is very responsive to any questions (usually responding to me within 30 minutes of submitting a question). The pool is great and they have a new staircase down to beach post hurricane damage in 2022. Great to have washer dryer in the unit. The beach by the way is great and this location is rarely over crowded as to the north of the units there is one complex and then single homes (so not the huge complexes you find at other crowded parts of beach). We were so happy to see the beach still has plenty of width even with that the hurricane damage in 2022 in New Smyrna area. Go to JB’s, Norwood’s Treehouse Bar and the Outriggers Tiki Bar and Grill, Corkscrew restaurant.

Perfect for a short break
We had a great time (4 nights) enjoying this condo and NSB. The balcony provided a gorgeous view of the beach, and we enjoyed cooking in the small but well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms each had their own bath, so this worked out great for two couples. The ac kept the condo cool even when it was blistering outside. The grounds and pool are well kept.

Perfect beach location
This part of New Smyrna Beach to us is the best as it is less crowded and cars cannot drive on this part of the beach. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach with any questions I had during stay. The unit sufficiently cooled to make it comfortable in heat of summer and has comfortable beds to sleep. The unit also has its own washer dryer abd plenty of closet space. We would recommend and will definitely book and stay again !

Spacious condo loaded with all you need sits on beautiful peaceful part of beach!
Rich was fantastic at communication and very quick to answer any questions I had. The only hick up was when we checked in and were told we would get keys from the manager on site. Well she was on vacation and we couldn't reach her. But she did get back to us and we got the code for entry so no big deal! The kitchen, dining room and family room of the condo flow seamlessly together and provide loads of space. There is plenty of places to sit and grab a meal. Speaking of meals - the condo is loaded with everything you need to prep one. There were plenty of bath towels and really nice beach towels provided (that's a plus!). The deck area provides a nice view of the pool and ocean. Loved that this complex wasn't too big because we felt like we had so much privacy on the beach....it was awesome! The secondary bedroom has 2 double beds which was fantastic for our two teenagers. And the master bedroom king bed was super comfy.

Perfect Beach Retreat
This property was perfect for my family!! The condo is very clean, and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a great beach vacay! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds and towels were freshly laundered. We absolutely loved everything!

Great Staycation for Us!
We live ~35 minutes from NSB but we really enjoyed getting away with our family and spending some much needed time at the beach. The property was extremely clean and very convenient, even with two toddler and a set of grandparents. The closeness of the beach and the amenity of the pool couldn't have been better. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for your family beach vacation!
Our stay was fantastic at this property. Easy check in and check out process. The apartment itself was in great condition with very nice appliances and furnishings. The location along the beach was perfect for my family in that it wasn’t as crowded as some beaches I’ve been to and the whole atmosphere was relaxed. I highly recommend you book this place for your vacation!!!
