Check in process was smooth. We did not loose time, everything was prepared for us. The manager called us prior arrival time and instructed.
After that, unfortunately, the communication was poor.
The cleanliness was awful. On a listing I filtered this property to make sure the cleanliness is outstanding. Unfortunately, when we arrived (evening time) I smelled inappropriate smell from bathrooms, it was bitter old smell of urine.
Next day I spen all the time cleaning the bathrooms, floors, collecting some things after the previous guests. Washed the dishes.
I sent the pictures to management but they never answered to me. Only when I called them they checked the email.
The apartment itself is good, new renovated, washing machine, dishwasher, but because it was not clean and fresh, I couldn't be relaxed till the moment I cleaned it.
The area rug in the living room had marks, obvious stains after someone spilled something on it. The rug definitely must be changed. I stayd in the apartment with three kids, they love playing on the floors, and the rug was a kind of pain in the neck. I always asked them to leave it.
The balconies are perfect to be there, but the floora have weird finish. When you walk there with bare feet, you come back like you cleaned the chimney.
My feedback is about the cleanliness because I stayed there with three kids including the baby, who was crawling on the floors. Cleanliness was my the only concern.
