整體清潔程度很差，地毯很多棉絮，衛生紙㞕散落地面，壁紙脫落，地面還有牆壁脫落的㞕片，空調完全不行，使的房間內濕氣很重，湯池的窗簾壞掉，放下後，無法再拉開，早餐很隨便，唯一可以的是湯池很大。

早餐是清粥小菜..還蠻特別的..不過如果是愛熱鬧的遊客記得假日來..老街會比較好玩

1.櫃台人員服務需加油 搞不清楚客人是否有訂房，也不會主動告知退房時間和早餐時間 2.浴缸很大，雖然救生梯也在浴缸裡面有點怪，但還可以接受，泡澡很舒服 3.房間燈光非常暗，第一次住到這麼暗的房間 4.吹風機是我遇過最小台的，吹一下就會燙手 5.床墊我很喜歡，非常好躺 6.網路標示"每日提供免費歐陸早餐"，但當天只吃到一般台式早餐(粥+小菜)

價格合理的旅店
住了一個晚上，附近有family mart, 員工友善，早晚歺不錯也不貴，晚歺250/人，用時令蔬菜，我住那天便用店主釣的魚做晚餐，入住時發現廁所冲水系統有問題，員工爽快處理好，爬2排長樓梯級可達旅館，不用行公路車道，步行到老街，與小孩一起走，10-15分鐘左右到達，不錯！房內有兩個浸溫泉地方，一冷一熱，整體很滿意！

地道膳食滿意，如想入住，一定要會館接送，距離烏來老街大約十五分鐘步行路程，（因要上斜路），房間有浸溫泉的地方，是我最滿意的。

真心不錯的泡湯住宿店
1.首先我要闢謠，房間有內鎖!內鎖!內鎖!(很重要，所以說三遍) 2.我去烏來執行單身生日泡湯活動(約不到伴...)，首先選個"最便宜的旅店"，平日雙人房算上雜7雜8~1900內擺平，我實地到那邊玩的情形，泡湯住宿這價格可以算上是最便宜的!! 3.店內人很多，不是什麼恐怖旅店，為什麼網路上風評不好? 老闆不懂網路啊，哀這是很可惜的地方之一了。 4.旅店裡面有老鼠!!! 老闆一個神回答讓我很感動：在山上裡面，一個店裡面有煮吃的，老鼠不進來偷吃，這東西人可以吃嗎!!(我去的2天裡，老闆一直說抓到老鼠了! -不過好像抓不完嘿嘿) 雙人房實際待遇: 一些傢俱有些受潮，考慮隔壁是湯屋...接受 床睡起來舒服，但是被子好像只有換被單、枕單，只要你不做死拆開來聞(我做死)，一切都是完美的! 冷氣還是會冷的(闢謠)，至少我整晚都蓋厚被子睡(為啥不關冷氣? 這樣睡超舒服的啊!!!) 湯屋泡起來很舒服，要冷開冷泉要熱開熱泉，反正我住一天泡三次 1.進房時泡(3hr) 2.睡覺前泡(1.5hr) 3.吃完早餐後泡(2hr) 完全夠本(屌絲心態) 廁所有點暗，直面鏡子，有恐怖片感覺!!!! 床邊觀賞台不錯，木板製、舒適，至少晚上一個人喝小米酒，看看窗邊風景，想想事情(為啥沒女友!) 大概就醬吧，反正短期內應該不會有空再去了(住新竹..) 自己一個人去很孤單(誠徵女友,本人1988年生)
