Located in Hamilton Heights, New York City, enjoy this private 1-bedroom updated apartment has to offer in a beautiful historical Brownstone. This nice property features a one-bedroom and a cozy living room with a Queen size sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With amenities like two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, Backyard dining, workspace, Wi-Fi, AC, and a bonus of a private dining backyard. We also have accommodations of a playpen and highchair for your toddlers. Guests can feel right at home during their stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Comfortable for a 2-4 person stay or a small family.

Just 20 minutes from Times Square to watch the New Year's Eve ball drop, Rockefeller Center for tree lighting, Thanksgiving Macy's Day Parade, Radio City Rockets Christmas Show, Heart of Broadway Theatres, amazing restaurants and so much more. Or take a tour just 10 minutes from you to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the Famous restaurants in Harlem like Red Rooster, Melba's where Meghan Markle and Prince Harry dine, or Slyvia's historical restaurant where U.S. Presidents have dined.

The apartment is not a basement apartment, it's a garden apartment that has a private backyard. It is smoke-free, and the neighbors appreciate respectable noise, please no loud music. We are excited for you to share your New York City experience in our place.

The perfect place to stay
The apartment itself was amazing and the location was excellent.. Very close to the station to hop on the train The apartment was very clean and had everything you need The host was accommodating and responded quickly to any question I had I definitely recommend this apartment and next time I’m in New York. Cozy Hamilton Heights apartment
Coming to NYC for the very first time, we knew it was going to be an adventure. We decided to have a complete local experience by staying in an apartment instead of a typical hotel. This cozy little apartment did not disappointment. The location was perfect for us. It was in a neighborhood right around the corner from the subway and a short walk to Broadway, which gave us access to a variety of shops and restaurants. During the day, we were able to get on the subway and maneuver around the city and get to all the main attractions. At night, we were able to come back and enjoy a relaxing evening in the apartment. Any questions or concerns was addressed very quickly, and it was easy to communicate with property manager. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back and stay in this cozy apartment to experience more of the city. Thanks for giving us awesome service.

This was my first visit in this area of town. From my NY friends, everyone says it’s Harlem but I believe it’s in between Harlem and Manhattan. Whatever the case, the location was fine for me, it was close to the train and had everything else accessible within walking distance.my daughter and I felt safe and had no complaints.The apt itself was so clean and cozy and provided everything needed for the stay. The host was so pleasant, as well as attentive and made herself available at all times. I believe I have found my go to stay spot as I visit often and do not like to always stay with friends or a hotel. I recommend 10/10.
