The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. There was a huge wedding reception downstairs with super loud music and to our shock in amazement, we did not hear a thing! What’s the password?

Cute, clean, and safe. Great location.
Amazing location near Rockefeller Center. This spot is great for hitting all the big touristy spots. Hotel itself is very cute, clean, and safe. The room was decent size. My only gripe is the bed was a little saggy, they could stand to rotate the mattresses more often. We didn’t have a car so no idea what the parking sitch is. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, especially during Christmas time since it’s so close to Rockefeller.

First time in NYC and we chose 3 West as it was the closest to Radio City so we wouldn’t get lost! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly! The room was spotless and cozy. If I could have packed the bed in our suitcase I would have, it was so comfy! Slept like a baby after walking around all day! 10/10 experience for us first timers!

It’s located in a very good location in mid town Manhattan. The night I stayed there was no service available and I didn’t need anything. I think it’s very functional and offers good value. I’d go there again if visiting that area.

The room was much larger than I was expecting but more importantly it was clean and surprisingly quiet given its fantastic location in the centre of midtown. Easy to walk to all the famous attractions. The only problem is that the nearest subway station is undergoing work and is difficult to navigate with luggage, but that's not the hotel's fault. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about 3 West Club. The hotel was clean, cute, and very conveniently located. We were able to walk to most of our destinations and navigating the area was very easy. The solarium had great views of St Patrick’s Cathedral. Our room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfy! 10/10 would stay here again. It was wonderful!

3 West Club is an older hotel that still is a pleasure to stay in. It's just a couple blocks from Radio City, across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral, and about 6 blocks from all the ritzy stores on Fifth Avenue. Because it's older, the public hallways on each floor are a bit muggy in the summer - after all, it was built before A/C. My room was very comfortable despite the incredible heat in mid-July 2024. The front desk staff were very accommodating and had lots of area info. I ordered in every night and it was easy to get my food delivered since I was essentially in the middle of Manhattan. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. The cleaning staff respected my sign of DO NOT DISTURB, as I dislike having people in my room when I'm not there. My only complaint was the hotel's restaurant - I made an online reservation, but when I got downstairs I discovered that they were not open for public dining and instead hosting a private dinner with a public speaker. They were kind enough to invite me to stay, but I declined as the speaker was not to my taste. It would have been nice to try the restaurant, which I was told was good. Also, the elevator system apparently doesn't have a separate service elevator, and they do a number of events on site, so you can hear them hauling away things on the elevator once the events are done. Still, I'd stay there again.

Can i give more than 5 stars? We were there 9/13/2024, and couldnt have been happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty. Every single staff member was happy, informative, and helpful. The beds were AMAZING. The view was incredible. We walked to restaurants, pharmacy, and other "must see" places we wanted to visit. It was a $30 Uber trip to the port as well as to the 911 Memorial.

Loved being in New York but disappointed in the hotel. Nice little boutique hotel, staff was courteous, walking distance to shopping and some main attractions. Downside the safe wasn’t operational, neither was the one in our friends room. Asked to have fixed which was useless. The restaurant and bar was not open on weekends which was not advertised and neither was it open Monday so we had to walk at least 4 blocks for breakfast. Also the towel rack kept falling off the wall. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Safe area, clean hotel, accommodating staff. The only thing that left me on-edge was the lock on the hotel door. The hotel is on 5th Ave and a very touristy area, so I felt okay about staying, but as a solo female traveler, I didn't feel fully safe until I took extra measures to protect the entry and I took anything of value with me when I left the room. Overall good stay, but the lock made me feel uneasy!

It's well located, but there is a LOT of nighttime construction noise and the cleaning staff yells at each other in the hallways and corridors all day long when they are working. The place is clean but the elevators are old and there is a lot of traffic in and out of their banquet halls, meeting rooms and solarium. A dish from the restaurant made me sick all night and I'm not sure I could ever go back again when the sinks won't drain properly.
