A short trip
First class accommodation for and overnight trip to NYC - clean comfortable and convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Everyone we encountered was helpful and kind. Would consider for a longer stay next time around. Also check out the great city view from our room.

The lobby layout is odd. They have a great security feature for moving about the hotel: a key card is needed to go to each floor. Rooms are clean, although small, beds comfy.

Room is designed well. Everything is right where you need it. Ergonomics. Lots of lighting options and light switches, outlets etc. The room had a steaming device for wrinkled clothes- which came in very handy for me. Everything is new and clean. Bed very comfortable. Convenience and comfort. Location can’t be beat.

Relatively good value for money
It was fine. Hotels in NYC are extremely expensive and this was a solid value for money. The bed was very comfortable and the room was comfortable enough. The lighting in the room and bathroom aren't great and the shower pressure is so-so but it was fine.
