The room was dark and the view was terrible. The extra large mirror was pointless as it took up space instead we needed place to put 4 suitcases as we were a famoly of 4. Hotel's that offer this ie 2 double beds should think what else a family would need. The safe didnt work and the closet was pointless. Its pluspoint t was it was close to time square i would not recommend it to anyone.

Although our room was much smaller than expected, I am still glad we stayed at Ameritania. The location is perfect, the lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff is exceptional. In particular, Jeff deserves a special mention for making us feel like true VIP's throughout our stay.

it was hot in the room and very very loud. Not the hotel's fault... but i was in a room on the 2nd floor with earplugs and it was LOUD. The gym is very small.... but you get what you pay for. At least they have a gym! Everyone was nice and I got free water.

I had a great stay at Ameritania. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Our room was upgraded without us asking. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a comfortable King size bed. Good WiFi and digital TV reception. Good shower pressure. Water temperature. However, the room had poor ventilation. It was hot inside the room. But to moderate the temperature in the room was nearly impossible: outdated system created terribly loud noise disrupting our sleep. We could deal with a super unattractive court view. The shocking part was the inadequate space of the room for a KingSize bed. On the entrance side of the room the access to the bed was easy. On the opposite side the corner of the bed almost touched the wall. It was terribly inconvenient especially if needed to get up in the middle of the night. My husband and myself hurt our feet multiple times just trying to get around that corner of the bed. Painful and terribly unpleasant. We felt stuffed in a small overpriced room with King Size bed.

Surprisingly quiet for being in Times Square right off Broadway. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, well-apportioned. I appreciated the umbrella in the closet though I didn't need it. The sink drained slowly but I didn't even bother to report it as it was a minor inconvenience. I like the elevators being key card operated for security in this busy part of Manhattan.

The internet was poor but the staff was kind and helpful. We had a hair dryer that smoked and they replaced it immediately. Great location but not my favorite NYC hotel I’ve stayed in.

Stayed 5 nights. The staff were amazing!!!! A special shout out to Lila at the front desk. Always greeted us with her beautiful smile. She took the time to always answer our questions for us. Room fit our pupose. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room if possible. Housekeeping was great. Washroom clean and spacious for New York. Will definitely stay there again.
