This in a beautiful part of NYC so it was very disappointing that my room was cold and that they didn't bring an extra blanket having asked for one. Also it was a bit of a shock be handed a 'Service Bill' at the end of my 4 day stay of almost 200 dollars for 'water, electricity, 'coffee machine in the room' gym in the hotel'. It felt like pure exploitation after having already paid a significant amount. So beware all the surreptitious ways they will make you pay for more inventing what ever they can!

The area was walkable to the station. It says included breakfast, but all they had was coffee and pastries as a continental breakfast—no vegan options. The staff was not very helpful when I mentioned the breakfast. They said I booked through Expedia, which does not show anything in their portal. Misleading information on expedia
