Overall the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Room was clean. The breakfast was not edible it’s all highly processed! (Eggs were not real eggs, creamer was from a machine, yogurt was from a machine, fruit for the yogurt was in a sugary syrup and small fruit flies flying around) you can grab a banana though lol overall just don’t stay here for the breakfast otherwise it’s good but price is still steep… that’s new York for ya. Staff helpful.

The property was nice. Didn’t like that I couldn’t control the temperature in our room. Otherwise, I would’ve given it 5 stars. Room was modern and comfy. Front desk Reuben was very accommodating. I liked that the area was safe and the free breakfast was a nice bonus.

I had been staying at other hotel because of my daughter's dormitory move, but this was my first time staying at Best Western Plus Soho. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely stay here again next time. Especially, the front desk staff were very friendly.
