The location of BWP on 36th Street is fantastic for midtown: everything is right there and the area is safe. Will revisit I booked on expedia and paid at the property and am still trying to get my receipt - its been a challenge

It was big enough to stay for one night and the room was extremely quiet and I did not hear anything from neighbor rooms. The staff members were very kind to explain the hotel facilities. I am hoping to stay there again whenever I visit New York.

I liked the customer service and the central location. I did not like the small size of our room, the broken lightbulb in our bathroom and the noisy AC unit. I think the price was about right for what we got, albeit on the pricer end.
