There was no vending machines in the hotel to get a soda. No real coffee in the room, just awful Nepresso. Staff was kind, room was clean but I literally was deprived of a decent cup of coffee and a Diet Coke. Had to walk blocks for coffee and a Coke.

Absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be staying here again. We had a renovated king room with a view of the Empire State Building. It was clean, very comfortable with a huge bed - a very large room especially for NYC. Tastefully decorated, functional. Fresh bottled water, tea and coffee every day. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.
