I would like to please request my money back. I checked out immediately. The property was disgusting. Mold everywhere. They refused to check me out. Cigarette burns on the bedsheets and a leaking shower

I took my 11 year old son to the Word Series game on Tuesday night. We were not able to find a large chain to stay in within walking distance to the stadium. When we walked into the lobby I glanced around I got an uncomfortable feeling about the place. I realized we were in for a shock when we saw a sign advertising HOURLY RATES!! It's located by the Bronx precinct police building. Is the Cabana Hotel for conjugal visits?? The place was not clean and absolutely disgusting! They didn't even have a top sheet on the bed.

This property was DISGUSTING. First of all the website doesnt say its a smoking hotel and it wreaks, smells like an ash tray. The parking has abandoned vehicles and is super dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the tub and had splatters of something on the walls and lastly, I saw a roach. I drove 3 hrs back home to Pennsylvania because of how nasty it was. Do not stay there

Room stank of cigarettes, no cold water (weirdly, there was hot water, no top sheet on bed, no cups to drink from, no clock, two TV remotes in room but neither would control sound which was very loud, HVAC unit was sporadic and very loud, no interior locking system.

Nothing about this place is okay, dirty, disgusting, rude, not safe conditions. ended up checking out at 430 in the morning after checking in around 145 ish in the morning. Looks nothing like the pictures at all !! Basically felt like a brothel.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in. First, when i parked my car in the parking lot, my wife and i saw 6 huge rats scurring about in and out of the garbage cans. There was mold on the ceiling of my room. Holes in the walls of the bathroom. Towel rack had been ripped off the wall. Security latch for the door had been ripped out of the wall and covered with tape. It was barely a step above sleeping on a park bench in a demilitarized zone.
