Room was good, but only 1 small working elevator for 32 floors made for long waits. Toilet in 1304 never shut off completely, so you were wasting water.

This hotel was very convenient for the sights we wanted to see. Room was clean Nothing fancy There was only 1 elevator working and the coffee machine in the foyer was out of order. Hotel did have another urn for coffee but there were often no cups available and the lids did not fit properly. These were minor things and did not interfere with our stay. I would stay at the hotel again.

I would not put my dog in this place. We got there and the first thing they told us that our room was on the 32nd floor which was the last floor. Great I thought no noise from above. The thing they did not mention was out of the two elevators only one worked. Which meant on an average we waited 20 minutes each time we used the elevator. It was obvious that this condition was no a new one but rather a pre existing one with no future date of repair. I t would have been nice to know before we booked our reservation. Have you ever been in a hotel with no where to hang your clothes? They offered to bring up a rack come on NO CLOSET! Oh I forgot to mention we stayed there 8 nights and the room only got cleaned once in 8 days another thing that should have been disclosed before or when we broke. This place is a dump! This is supposed to be a somewhat reputable chain of hotels! Like i Said in the begining I would not put my pet in this place! I have reported them to the city of NEW YORK for safety violations. What would of happened if there was a fire in the building!

What left a negative impact was the lift service was so slow and one elevator was broken. I feel like the staff could have managed the flow of people better than a sign that said max people allowed on lift 6, and then 10 people would get on!

This was a nice room. It was in a convenient area that was walking distance to Times Square and many shows. The area is like much of NY in which the sidewalks and streets are not very clean but that’s just NY. The hotel is a bit dated with the carpet but it was clean. It would be nice if they got rid of the carpet in the rooms to be more sanitary. The small kitchen was perfect for storing and reheating food. We had a city view on the 31st floor where we got to see the Empire State Building out our window. It’s not a quiet area as I’m sure much of NY isn’t, as there were people honking and sirens all throughout the day and night. Unfortunately one of the elevators (there are two) broke the day after we arrived and was down for the rest of the five days. It made the wait for the elevator 10-15 min during peak times. They had free laundry to use, which was nice, we just needed our own soap.

Theyadvertisement of a full kitchen is a fake ! Don’t get fooled with the picture, just hope that they are working. The room that we got neither the stovetop nor the microwave are working. At that time we just came back from our hectic tour and all we want is to eat our left over soup and call it a night. We asked the front desk if they can send somebody to check the microwave. There are 2 engineers that checked it and said cant fix it at that time and will just do a work slip order for tomorrow. We ask if the front desk if they can just loan us a portable microwave so we can warm our food. But the front desk is not so helpful and wants us to just bring out the food in our room thru their cafeteria or move to another room. It was already late at night we are tired and we dont want to move our stuff into another rm. besides that we are already in the first floor and they only have 1 elevator working and its a 20 floor hotel. Theres a lot of people waiting in line for the elevator.This is the worst hotel that we have ever been ! Will not come back here any more !

Excellent location yet lovely and quiet/secure at night. Able to walk to most things but subway and Port Authority bus station on the doorstep if you need to go further afield. Would have liked a kettle but managed by boiling water in the microwave, a grill in the microwave would have also been useful. There was a toaster and you could also borrow small appliances. There is an in room safe as well as plates, bowls, cutlery and pans provided. Hotel is a little tired but is a great home from home with comfy bed. Housekeeping was only once a week but it suited us as we prefer minimal room invasion! Would stay again

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! The rooms are FILTHY. Bring sandals. The electric doesn't work. The room SMELLED so badly of mold. My bathroom towels never dried. There were stains all over the curtains and chairs. The curtains fell out of the track and light came in at night. And more. I spoke to front desk staff 3 times and nothing was done. After finally getting to speak to a manager, they offered me a discount that didn't even cover the cost of one full nights stay. Location is great. Everything else is AWFUL! And they charge a resort fee which is laughable. STAY SOMEHWERE ELSE!
