I used to book rooms here about maybe 3-4 years ago, it was “My go to” hotel in Queens. Rooms at the time were new. Everything was perfect!. I just recently spent 2 nights here back to back. Unfortunately, things have changed. The pillows & bath towels are not the best. In “run down” conditions (bring your own if you can). New ones of both are desperately needed. The air vents in the rooms I stayed in were loud when on, both sinks were sort of clogged, took a while for water to go down, shower sliding down would not stay. Everything else was decent. Love the TV as always, WiFi is great, and the staff are amazing, nice and attentive in the best way possible. This place has a lot of potential to be the greatest hotel in the Queens Village area. Plus they have smoking rooms!. This is MAJOR plus don’t even take that away. Will book again but I’m bring my own pillow and towel :)

Every room smells like cigarettes. The showers were broken. The sheets had holes. It was just nasty.

Room in very good condition. Staff nice. Like this hotel for its reasonable price (on Expedia), close to many stores, eateries and transportation. Like decor and layout (feels European). A clean and quiet environment (able to sleep, read, study). My only criticism would be their towels. Don't look or smell clean. THEY DO NOT USE CLOROX WHICH THEY SHOULD.

Expedia should be embarrassed to have this dump listed on their site!! Way over priced! Dump! Dirty! tv didn’t work properly. AC and heat was all over the map. People slamming doors, yelling and running the halls until 5AM. Tried to call the front desk to complain and room phone didn’t work. Tried to call the hotel from my cell twice at 4am and no one would answer! Terrible!!! Stay far far away from this dump!

First, hallway has a strong scent of smoking. Inside room the bathroom seat wouldn’t stay up and the handle of the shower was broken. Also no cable nor wifi and no breakfast. I wish there was a no star button.

Hotel fulfills the barest of minimuns. Room was mostly as advertised but wasn't comfy, flat pillows and only 2 per bed, and the thinnest and smallest of towels. Room was not well insulated and no carpets so hallway sounds and movements are loud and amplified into the room. Did not fell like a hotel possinel more like a hostel or just a place to sleep and shower. I would not recommend for families or extended stays and for the price I paid, they were far beeter options within that price range

This hotel was like a low class one. People spent all night making noise. Imagine it’s winter time and they put slippery sheets and a light slippery cover. The pillows were flat like pancakes. I had a terrible night. Thank God it was only just one night. In addition, they don’t even offer coffee in the morning. It was not a good experience for me. I will never go back nor that I would recommend anyone.

Many necessary amenities were missing from the room and bathroom. There were not enough pillows. There was no lamp or light at writing table. The hard floor was often dirty. The TV has a constant hissing sound. The beds were loose and mattresses were shifting. The shower has no shelf or place to put shower gel or shampoo bottles.
