Poor security. Poor facilities. No drinking water. Unhelpful reception. While checking out, guest was not allowed to sit in lobby for more than half an hour. This was terrible. Never seen such a condition.

Um yeah.

Booked here cause it was 6.8 or 6.9 stars. Pics made it look warm and inviting. No it’s in the heart of a ruff area of town. I got into town late, checked in and it stinks so bad. Like ghetto grease, newports and nasty skunk weed. Sitting next to the broken door to my room is a busted up garbage can. Vending machines have gang graffiti on it. Room was gross. Lipstick on the sheets. Tried to get out of the stay but 0% refund policy. Went yo a work meeting the next morning and people go I didn’t know you smoked. I don’t. You stink. Go back that night to sleep it’s is what it is. Next morning put my luggage in my car so they won’t stink as bad hopefully. Go back later that night and they told me I checked out. No I didn’t. Yes you did. You don’t have a stay here. Yes I do. 30 minutes later at 11 pm they figure it out. Lady is cranky the room is turned over by house keeping. I pull the sheets back and the same dirty bed sheets are still on the bed with the lipstick. Ice machine worked 2 out of 4 times trying to use it. I could of stayed in town at a Marriot for an extra $30-45 more but this place was closer for my work meetings. Wish I would of. Think of motel hell. This is close.

Light fixture coming off the wall, burn hole in sheet in a non smoking room it smelled like smoke and I’m asthmatic. Soda machine out order. Not a comfortable stay.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the linens looked worn out. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. For the price, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
