The Casablanca Hotel stay was lovely. From start to finish the staff were so very, very welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile for you. The rooms were clean and had all that you needed. Floor 2 was perfect for getting a warm drink or a cold water along with pastries and fruit which were included as part of your stay and continued after checkout on the day of departure. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely, quirky Moroccan themed hotel. So retro, but had all the modern comforts needed. If we are ever back in NYC we will definitely be booking back here again. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!!!

The facility was great. It was exceptionally clean. The cleanest hotel that I have stayed in for a long time. Everything was in good working order. My only complaint was the television service. They have thousands of channels available and you can pull them up with the tv guide on the remote. However, who wants to look through 3000 stations to find CNN. I asked several gentleman at the front desk about the number for some basic news channels and they didn’t have a clue. I finally gave up and just watched the BBC because it took too long to get through all the 3000 channels. Rick’s Cafe was a nice touch. The continental breakfast was mediocre but it was nice to be able to get coffee, tea and fruit 24/7. I would definitely stay here again.

The employees were very attentive and made us feel comfortable from the moment we checked in. The hotel was in a great spot making it easy to maneuver through Times Square by foot. The room was beautiful and cozy.

Gorgeous hotel with "old-school" look and feel. The location just adjacent to Times Square made it super convenient to get to shows and the subway. The staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast and coffee were amazing!

This is an excellent small hotel in a very convenient location for theater. The staff is outstanding and the 2nd floor lounge with 24 hour coffee/beverage and snack service is lovely as is the Continental breakfast with very generous hours (7 to 10:30).

Best Boutique-Like Hotel in NYC
All the staff here were absolutely amazing! There was a doorman that held the door for us everytime we walked in and the front lobby staff greeted us everytime we came through the lobby as well. There is a lounge area open 24/7 with coffee, tea, fruit and snacks and a lovely little breakfast. The staff there is also incredibly friendly and ready to help. The hotel itself is absolutely adorable, a throw back boutique with mansion like decor. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bed was sufficient as well. The location is hard to beat as we were one block off time square, yet it wasn’t noisy at all. I was looking for a hotel close to The Minskoff theater as that’s the show we were attending and this hotel is a block and a half away from it. It’s smack dab in the middle of many restaurants, 2 blocks from 5th street shops and not a bad walk to Central Park. Next time we’re in NYC we will definitely be staying here!

Great location, good value, terrific service. Only downside was snacks are advertised 24 hours in Rick's Cafe, but the snacks were essentially non-existent; not a major negative, but if you're going to tout that, provide it, please.

The staff are very accomodating... The home, sorry Hotel, itself is just as charming as it was 20 years ago when I would frequent it. The rooms are so charming , cozy and clean and well done. This is Times Square in Manhattan. The minute you walk out of the front door and gonright, you realize that instantly. The 2nd floor Ricks Cafe' is so gentle and soothing and calms you before you go out into the world. Prices are quite reasonable. Charm flows everywhere. The staff is stunningly attentive.

This was our second stay. We love the proximity to the theatres and the hotel staff who really do everything they can to make the stay as stress-free and as smooth as possible. Everyone is completely gracious and no request is beyond their scope. We will be back!

Lovely Casablanca themed hotel! Service by all was prompt, friendly and helpful. Ricks Cafe on the 2nd floor is amazing! Large space with large metal statues of wild cats, bamboo chairs, beautifully appointed. Complimentary light breakfast very nice and well attended. Free cold water available and snacks available 24/7. Delightful space. The hotel has an Italian restaurant right next door on one side and Broadway Diner on the other! So convenient and great food at both. Hotel is located right in the center near Broadway. For next NYC trip I will stay here! Met museum a few min a way.
