Jonathan and adam were so helpfull and courteous at all times. Position of hotel was brilliant as was the whole stay at cassa. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff excellent. Carnt wait to return.

Great hotel in a great location .

We stayed here for 5 nights on our recent trip to NYC. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful with information about New York . The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The location was great -2 minute walk to Time Square and 5 minutes to 5th Avenue. There are 2 good Irish bars nearby that serve food and have live music on some nights. We loved Bar 54 at the top of the Hyatt Centric, just across the block from the hotel (you need to reserve a table to get a seat outside but the views at sunset are amazing ) . The room could have done with some more drawers and storage and maybe plugs near mirrors so you could use hairdryer etc but these are only minor issues . Would stay here again but would book a bigger room .

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen

Super zentral gelegen, aber ansonsten eher schwierig. Die Schlüsselkarte musste mehrfach neu programmiert werden, die Fenster so schmutzig, dass man kaum hinausschauen kann, der Fernsehempfang musste 2 x in 3 Tagen repariert werden, die Raumheizung erfolgt über klimaanlagenähnliches, aber ohrenbetäubendes, sich ständig zu- und wieder abschaltendes Warmluftgebläse, der Boden im Bad ist eiskalt. Die Besetzung der Rezeption war aber freundlich und stets bemüht.

super zentrales Hotel zur Erkundung von Manhatten, die ZImmer sind ausreichend groß, die Dusche sogar sehr groß und modern, der Teppichboden könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, bei unserem Aufenthalt (28.8.-4.9.2018) war es heiß und die Abwasserrohre im Bad rochen nicht gut, der Zimmerservice ließ die Tür zum erleuchteten (muss nicht sein) Bad offen, so dass sich der Geruch im ganzen Zimmer verteilte; freies WLAN für 2 Geräte, Kühlschrank, Hauptgeräusch: Klimaanlage aber ohne diese wäre es unerträglich gewesen, morgens Kaffee oder Tee im Pappbecher umsonst und bei Rückkehr Zitronenwasser - nette Geste! Sitzgelegenheiten im Eingangsbereich etwas schmuddelig, insgesamt relativ anonym

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, nahe Times Square. Wenn man eine Woche zu zweit im Hotel verbringt, gibt es viel zu wenig Stauraum für Kleider, daher ist das Zimmer eher kahl eingerichtet. Das Bad ist von der grösse OK, aber eben auch hier nicht genug Ablageflächen. Top ist der grosse TV! Kühlschrank ist vorhanden (ohne Minibar-Inhalt) dafür kein Tresor im Zimmer. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Terrasse, der Kaffe/Tee- und Limo-Stand in der Lobby. Ich fand es jetzt nicht unbedingt sehr sauber im Zimmer. Der Boden im Bad wurde auf jeden Fall nicht immer Top gereinigt. Im Grossen und Ganzen war das Hotel aber toll.

Gute Lage;Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fair

Pros: Lage sehr zentral,sauber,freundlich,guter Preis
Cons: Nein
Location: Direkt in der Nähe Times Square
Alles tip top,jederzeit wieder. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Restourant das sich im Untergeschoss des Hotels befindet ist sehr gut.
