Nice hotel. Centrally located to Times Square and broadway shows. Dog friendly!! Our dogs had the best vacation. 10/10 dogs would recommend. Chris at the front desk was excellent!

I think the hotel did its purpose. I would avoid the area next time I’m in New York. It is sketchy but we didn’t know that since it’s our first time. The AC in the hotel was so loud turning on and off. It woke us up from our sleep. The hotel is attached to some sort of other property and there were parties happening there at night and we can hear it from our room. Luckily the loud AC acted as white noise. Cleanliness of the room was not ideal. Staff at the front desk was great though.

Our recent stay was very enjoyable at Truss. The area didn’t seem the best (more so at night), but didn’t feel unsafe at all, and always felt comfortable at the hotel and in our room. Definitely a plus that it is located in midtown area making it convenient to hop on the subway to get to where you want to be. Overall a very positive experience in NYC!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely appalled by the conditions. For $500 per night, I expected a clean and comfortable room, but what I found was far from acceptable. The room was dirty and outdated, with dust and stains everywhere. The bathroom was particularly concerning—there was no ventilation, and mold was growing in multiple spots. This is not just an inconvenience; it’s a serious health hazard. I believe this hotel should be investigated for its shocking lack of hygiene and safety standards. No guest should have to endure these conditions, especially at such a high price. It’s time for accountability, and I genuinely hope this establishment goes out of business unless they make significant changes. Save your money and find somewhere that values cleanliness and guest health
