This hotel really surprised us. Located in Hell's Kitchen but the area wasn't bad and the staff was so nice and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. Not glamorous but I would definitely stay there again. Definitely great for a quick stay.

The staff and the front desk was amazing, especially Jessica. She was absolutely amazing and extremely kind to us every single day we was there. I really love the hotel. The whole experience was great, especially the location. Quiet and serene in a rooftop was amazing!!!

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately the second night of our stay, our shower leaked and flooded the floor, we had to be moved to another room at 1am which that room was hot and come to find out, the AC was froze up, it took 2 hours to defrost. When I checked out, the associate wasn't friendly, poor customer service skills. The only thing I can say about this hotel is, when I checked in the lady that checked us in was simply amazing!

This hotel is perfectly located in the Hells Kitchen / Times Square area. Plenty of places to eat locally. The hotel even provides a recommendation list of restaurant. This is my go to NYC hotel, the room is spacious with microwave & mini fridge too. The rooftop views are amazing. Great stay.

Everyone is super friendly here and the hotel is always clean. Love staying here there’s a nice cafe right across the street the food is amazing would recommend this hotel every single time.

The AC in the room was incredibly loud, it was impossible to sleep. When we asked to switch the room, we were told that all rooms had this issue. Even though we were staying at this hotel, we were charged 2$ per bag (only cash for some reason) to keep there before our check in time. We would definitely not recommend this hotel.
