The room was big for NY and clean but there are no amenities at the actual hotel and it is a little old looking. Needs to be painted. It is very noisy if you are sleeping on the street side. I would give this a 3 start hotel. The area is safe and Jesse at the front desk was very nice.

A no-nonsense hotel room for a quick sightseeing trip to NYC. Friendly & helpful staff all around. Breakfast & dinner options right across the street. 10min walk to Amtrak, 15min walk to Times Square, 20min walk to Rockefeller Center. Clean, quiet rooms. Daily housekeeping service was a nice surprise.

Truss To The Rescue
We actually switched to this hotel after an awful experience with another hotel during our 5 days stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Based on the circumstance, they found a room and allowed us to do early check in so we weren’t stuck walking the city with our luggage. The room was very spacious for midtown and the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, amenities were nice!

Staff was super nice and friendly. It is advertised as pet friendly but we had to pay an extra 100 dollars. The shower leaked and the room next door was being worked on and it was really loud. The sheets were clean so that was nice and the bed was comfortable.
