Place didn’t have our reservation and when they told us they’d give us one room for 6 people with no cot we requested a refund

I was not very happy
Upon check in the gentleman checking us in could barely speak english so he couldn't understand questions. Issue number 2 when you walk into the room. The dresser's a nightstand are scratched up and worn as well. As children drawings inside of the drawers, the shower did not look very clean. The paint in the tub was wearing away. The grout was very nasty. The rum was cold. And I wasn't sure if the sheets were clean. So I ordered sheets and pick them up to remake the bed.. I don't know if that's a standard in new york city but I was very unhappy with the cleanliness and the communication on the property

Price- excellentLocation- excellentFor the price what I received was good. Could have been cleaner but it was decent. If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. They should definitely remodel this property because it could be amazing with some remodeling.
