Front desk staff was very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags off early. The area is great so much to do/eat and a quick walk to all the famous sites. The free coffee, bagels and muffins were a really nice touch. The rooms are small and dated but it was clean and the mattress was very comfortable!

Great!!
I had a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious as two twin bed room. Breakfast was nice surprise, fresh Bagle and coffee, simple but nice touch. We will be back again!!

Great place would definitely stay here again. It's near lots of subway lines. Enjoyed food at Tziki around the corner and a great cocktail at Trailer Park lounge on the same block.

Solid affordable hotel in a great location.
This is a great value, charging $100 less typically than comparable rooms in the vicinity. It’s a little dated but clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for my needs, a short walk from the train stations at Penn and Moynihan.

It is a good place to stay. No luxuries, but clean. Well located, and they serve a very nice NY-style breakfast, including delicious bagels. A great option.

The location is great! The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Compared to other NYC hotels I've stayed in, I was impressed with how soundproof it was, I didn't hear neighbors at all.

I felt safe at this hotel. However, the beds were hard. There should be more of a choice for breakfast. The first room we were out in the commode did not work. We were placed in another room and that toilet leaked water onto the floor.

Broken and stain furniture, tub drain needed to be cleaned, mirror was not completely attached on bathroom wall. Heating/cooling unit very noisy. Looks like this is the room they put damage furniture in. I assumed I got this room because I booked via Expedia. I noticed the day before I checked out the other rooms were not like this. I mentioned the condition of the room at checkout-the staff apologized but it was too late to request another room. Room 512. The bagels and muffins were delicious!

Great stay at Chelsea Savoy!
I had a very nice stay at Chelsea Savoy. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great area and just steps away from a subway stop. The free breakfast (coffee, bagels, and muffins) was a bonus! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.
