The location is very good, it is close to several tourist attractions, but the room I stayed in was not good. The bed was completely uncomfortable and the smell of the carpet was very bad. The breakfast was poor.

The bed was very comfortable. The was cozy as it was nice and clean, restroom and all. However, a couple of light fixtures didnt work despite a maintenance request call and a staff failed to return after an initial one-time visit.

Even though it was in Times Square the property was very quiet. The only noice you could hear were sirens. The duvet was dirty but they gave us clean sheets immediately after. Would stay again. In a very convenient area
