Good value for money
We stayed at Club quarters for a week while visiting Ny. The hotel is a little tired but extremely comfortable beds, and great service. Our room was larger than average for NY and plenty of storage. Very good value for money.

Very good with some flaws
It's a great location and overall better than most of the other hotels in the west side of lower Manhattan. There are several issue that need improvement: heating system is difficult to control as it has some "built-in" timing which prevents heating the room during the day so that one can't arrive at a heated room. The hallways are noisy and the doors closing have very loud locks that can wake one up when a neighbor arrives. There can be long lines to reach the coffee machines in room adjacent to the lobby. On a positive note, the staff is welcoming and attentive to one's need for repair of issues in the room and any questions one has. Maid service is excellent.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. For a suite that cost over $400 a night you would expect a doorman and someone to assist you when you arrive. Guess again you are the doorman and the parking attendant. The parking garage is two to three blocks away from the Hotel and you have to take the car there and walk back including taking elevators through a major office building. There is no one to help you with your bags. The rooms are not terrible, but they are smaller than they look. The staff is rude and arrogant. I mentioned three times that there were a few trash bags outside of my room that needed to be picked up and they were still there when I left. There is no breakfast at all offered and no real options. Upon mentioning some concerns to a male staff member who was working the front desk on the morning of 11-22-24 I was informed to put it in the review, and he could have cared less about my concerns so hence here is what you requested. NY City is very expensive but with proper research you can get much better service for your $400 a night. This Hotel is not worth the money and that is basically due to the uncaring arrogant staff and their execution on not wanting to try to make their guests have an exceptional experience they do not care period. Once again choose accommodations elsewhere there are much better in the city for the cost and aggravation than what you will receive by staying here. Just Say No!!!!

The space is a little quirky, but not in a bad way. I imagine it's hard to retro fit a hotel into a building not built to be a hotel. Very clean. Room actually a little bigger than I expected. Lots of restaurants, etc., right near by. I'd definitely go again.

ALL-AROUND SUPERB!!!
I cannot get over how amazing my experience was with this stay. Everything from the view, location, comfort! 5 stars all around. Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were superb, and easy access to EVERY subway we needed via the oculus! We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the water AND the 9/11 memorial. Sounds dramatic, but I literally almost cried when I saw the view. The ONLY thing I would say to improve is the shower head. The water pressure wasn’t strong enough for me.

Good location for Brooklyn bridge and WTC . Hotel was fine with complementary coffee and tea . My room was a little tight for 3 adults when sofa bed was down could not move around it had to climb over . There was a hob cooker but no pans to use it . Staff were very friendly . Would stay again and request balcony room

Staff dont really do anything besides answer questions. Very little interaction. Your check yourself in and out. Youvalso make your own room key at akiosk. So again, there is very little interaction with staff. Room design was very cool. Quite a few visible signs wear and tear on furniture and walls. Coffee was gross. View was of World Trade Center. See it once and thats that. Ive paid less and stayed at nicer Hotels. There was really nothing that stood out or special about thus hotel.
