I pre-paid for the room specifically at the World Trade Center due to planned activities there. Day of my check-in I was informed that there was no room for me but that they would put me in midtown, separating me from the rest of my group and activities. Incurred multiple taxi expenses for repeated trips to WTC. In short, very disappointed.

Wir waren vom Personal und dem Zimmer (mit Küchenzeile) begeistert. Die gute Subway-Anbindung mit mehreren Linien war uns sehr wichtig. Die Nähe zu Target und WholeFoods war uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig. Außerdem war der Hudson-River fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

We’ve stayed here a number of times before. We were not given the view we’d requested as we were told those rooms were “sold out” Also, the roof top deck we’d enjoyed on previous visits was closed for renovations. Had we known that prior to booking we may have gone elsewhere.

The room view was very nice. No daily cleaning unless you request it. Lounge was not available. Front desk help was just average. Glass door in our room didn’t lock. No safe provided in room. The room had a different layout than most hotel rooms, bathroom was very small. Could not turn room temperature below 70 degrees. Lobby did have free coffee that was good. Not a bad hotel, but not sure if I would recommend it.

Perfect location ! Staff is nice. We were located on the 17th floor with an amazing view! Only disappointment is the rooftop being closed.
