The property is conveniently located near many NYC attractions. Unfortunately, only 1 small elevator available for guests and shared by Marriott property staff. Courtesy is not granted to hotel guests by Marriott staff if the elevator is full. The elevator has been out of order since June (5 months).

This hotel is very convenient and walkable to all the local theaters. The staff were very nice. Only 1 elevator working during our stay which made coming and going a little long. No breakfast, but the coffee was very good!

As good a location as you could ask for in Manhattan. WE walked to Theater, Restaurants, shops etc. etc. Only one of two elevators was working and the room did not have a frig or a microwave so I'd say it was under equipped for a Marriott Courtyard.

Hotel was okay. One elevator was out of service during our stay, no valet and ice machine was out on one of the floors. Walls are so thin you can hear other guests. It was okay for our one night in NYC.

Great location and friendly staff. The only problem was there is only one elevator for 30 floors. The other one is under repair. Had to schedule extra time for waiting for the elevator every morning and night.

The valet name frank was treating people like very rude and unprofessional. He has a nasty attitude toward minorities . I will never go there again and pay thousands to be treated that way.

This hotel needs to be renovated. Everything is too old. Only one elevator working, it was a nightmare to catch it. Rooms are so uncomfortable. Never book a doble bed for two people. Beds are so small. Staff is nice and location is wonderful.
