Very dirty room, the cleaning service was requested but the only thing they did was new towels. The ventilation in the room is poor, it smells moist and humid even with ac on. also very bad noise proof system. You can hear clearly what’s going on in other rooms and on the floor… but overall it was good, thank you!

What a gem in the rough! I loved this place and while I got there late the area was easy to park across the street and the cool old cemetery is worth checking out too. This place was beautiful albeit loud as I was by elevators and a slamming door which eventually people simmered down. Highly recommended and I’ll be back!

The Check in was OK but the area made me second guess whether or not I would enter. Across the street was an enormous amount of Garbage that had not been picked up in a while AND it was starting to spread out on the street. Very unappealing. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff was courteous. I'm a bit bothered by a "holding fee" of $35.00 that wasn't supposed to be charged to my card, but was. I will be contesting that. Otherwise, I was only there long enough to change my outfit so it was OK.

This property is in a neighborhood that looks very unappealing. The hotel felt closed off from restaurants, shopping malls, and any other activities that individuals would like to enjoy. The staff was very nice and helpful but it is sad that they have to work in this hotel.

I understand that there is no parking lot, but there are no parking slots at all and the front of the hotel is an MTA bus REST STOP. So, needless to say, parking is scarce and it’s an unsafe area. So, having to park two or three blocks away when you have a sleeping toddler made me very unhappy. Then, I check in and make my way to the elevator which was dirty and I get to my room. The floors were dirty. The tub was not properly cleaned. The bathroom floors were gross and towels were very scratchy. $350 was absolutely ridiculous for these accommodations. Never again.
