The room was tight but clean and sufficient. I was concerned about the lack of designated parking, but we were able to park our car on the street in front of the hotel and had no trouble. We picked the hotel for its proximity to the Staten Island Ferry, which we were able to ride for free and enjoy a day in Manhattan without the hassle or expense of staying in Manhattan.

As a couple from out of state, it was incredibly unsafe to not have customer parking for guests. Unsafe. Area was run down around hotel.

I did not get to stay at your place and you guys are thieves You stole my money from me and I will put it out on social media…, What you guys did to a person who is not rich like your establishment The wrong date was accidentally booked and so I never used your hotel yet you stole my money and refused to give me back a refund. Nevertheless, God is good and will reward you guys for your crooked actions and behavior… Wait and see if stealing from me will make you any richer, instead wait for your down fall, trust me it is coming…

Street parking only with limited opportunity to park in a safe, lit area. We also experienced intermittent "banging" on the walls in the middle of the night. It seemed like it was coming from the neighboring room, but it was not. It stopped after we finally called the front desk to complain.
