I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing bottle of water. But the real highlight was the hot cookies that we received during the check out. The cookies were freshly baked and still warm when I arrived, and they were absolutely delicious. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The attention to detail and the level of hospitality at this hotel truly sets it apart from others. In addition to the amazing cookies, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The amenities were top-notch and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough,I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property only had one operating elevator, the other was out of order and the doorway is tight with bags on the trolly. A simple way to enhance customer service would be when a car is booked through them to travel to the airport to call the room around the time of the pickup to ascertain if they need assistance with their bags. Take the initiative and not wait to be asked. That would have compensated for the elevator sitruation a little.

Absolutely the most clean hotel we have stayed in a while. 9 min walkable to Maddison square garden. A better located hotel than Times Square. Inspected the room super clean and sanitized. Felt very comfortable staying here. Def recommend and will be coming back. Only downfall was the elevator only one working had to take the stairs from 25th floor down a few times and one time. Don’t mind the steps but with 2 small kids was a killer for them. Apart from the elevator absolutely amazing stay and wonderful staff.

The mattress was very worn out and had a bad dip in it. One elevator was down the whole time Two mornings out of the four we stayed we had to take the stairs down 17 flights after waiting over 10 min to try to get on elevator around 9/10 am each morning. Room looks bigger in pics online.

For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed. There was a single working elevator for 27 floors of rooms. This made coming and going extremely time consuming, which meant I spent time waiting for an elevator that should have been spent enjoying my trip. The fact that the hotel did not fix this immediately is beyond me. On top of that, the breakfast was ridiculously expensive for what amounts to standard cheap hotel food that is often free many places. There was also no hot water the night we stayed so nobody in my family showered. The one positive was they had someone I could complain to via text and he was pretty responsive.
