I use to stai in Dream Downtown in The past; hotel is getting old and service Very Poor. At My arrival….long wait for check in ( even if I should have Priority due to World Of Hyatt Member. But The worst is they don’t refound me for cancellation of last night with 3 days advise. Won’t happen again….because I won’t visit this hotel anymore.

Great location with amazing views from the nightclub. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, larger than most you find in the city. There’s also a coffee cafe in the lobby. We enjoyed going up to the club to experience some city nightlife and music!

The property was wonderful. The rooms were cute and very clean. The staff was amazing and so kind—and extremely helpful. The area was perfect too. Walking distance to almost anything you need. We loved it and will be staying there again.

The hotel is in bad shape. Poor condition. Disappointing and not what we expected. The entire facility needs maintenance. The carpet in the hallway was damaged. The furniture in the room was all worn out and the rug was a piece of trash.

Love this place, stylish, unique, and totally Instagram.worthy. Worth it to upgrade to a larger room, loved the bathtub and the separate sitting area. If you can get a good price it's a great place to stay, but the location is a bit south for my taste. A bit dated and showing it's age a bit, but still a very pleasant stay.
