The location was excellent, staff were amazing, my room was quiet ( these were great) but the windows were not functional ( above the restaurant I think) which made my room feel like a prison! There was a surprise service charge that was not communicated before.

This is a nice, clean, and quiet hotel within walking distance of many of the tourist spots in NYC. We walked to Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Central Park from here. The staff was excellent. The room was nice but the shower had some cracks in the floor. That's really the only con. I guess, the fee for the coffee bar is a little steep too since it's just the little pods that most hotels offer for free. I only drank 1 cup over 2 days so that's about $32 for that one cup. I knew about the coffee fee going in so it's not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Dylan. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. The young girl that worked the front desk typed up a list for our own “food tour” The beds were comfortable and loved the decor!

Nestled in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from iconic spots like Times Square, Bryant Park, and the Empire State Building. Check-in and Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful tips on nearby attractions and dining options. Their warmth set a positive tone for my stay. Room: The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with a modern design that still felt welcoming. I appreciated the comfortable bed and ample amenities, including a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and featured high-quality toiletries. The location was perfect. Close to NYPL and Grand Central. Super clean hotel. Never worried about crime. Comfortable bed. Plenty of room for 2. Clean, working shower, toilet and sink area. The hotel checked in with us daily, by text, to see how we were enjoying our stay and if they could do more to make it stay more enjoyable. On our last day, they had a bag check so we could enjoy one last day of NYC before heading to the airport. Would totally stay here again.
