Great location with many dining options close by. Room very well equipped and comfortable, but sound proofing wasn’t great. The little lobby bar was nice but breakfast options were pricey.

The hotel condition is good and very clean. Everything works pretty well. My complaint is about the staff specially front desk. They’re not willing to assist about anything. I use a cane, and both checking in an out asked for someone to help with my luggage. They were very rude and with no intention to help. I don’t understand why such a big hotel doesn’t have at least one person to assist with it. But the worst thing was the attitude.

Not sure if it was Expedia or Even but I chose Even for the complimentary breakfast that Even said I did not sign up for. Also, be aware Even will charge you $25 a night for amenities you may or may not use. This charge happens when you check out. It was a total surprise and not appreciated.

Quick Stay in Manhattan!
Our stay at the Even Hotel worked out perfectly. My aunt and I needed a hotel close to Grand Central Terminal so that we could attend a show in Brooklyn, but not have to travel back to CT late at night. The Even hotel was convenient and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the lobby was small but energetic. Our room was cozy but offered everything we needed.

It was a great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and accomadating to our needs. We were able to check in early and they held onto our bags after check out while we explored the city. They are walking distance to the Rockfeller center, Bryant park, and the metro. Breakfast was the only weak spot as it took a little while and wasnt great but the hotel room itself was very clean, modern, and quiet.

It was a lovely stay! The staff was very nice and its in a convenient spot for our purposes. Decent gym, although they need yoga mats in the gym. The yoga equipment in the room was cool! We had a little problem with the lighting. The wall switch turned all the lights on and off. No other switches worked. The desk sent a maintenance man however he could not fix it. So we just used the colored mood lighting, wwhich was fine!

Great location
We were staying here because it's close to our child's dorm (dropped off for college at Marymount). Easy to walk to dorm (10-15 min). Tons of restaurants and things to do within walking. Room was clean and quiet and staff was nice. Would stay here again.

Room was ok. Bathroom was hotel-made part of the toom without proper door like in most nyc hotels. Breakfast was terrible. We paid for it and never used it. There was one server who told us we need to wait 20 min to order. She was the only server and rude. I asked manager to write me a support letter that we didn't have breakfast and he never did it. I do not recommend this hotel. Overpriced too
