Staff was very nice, but didn't seem knowledgeable about the area of where to eat and other information. The room was crazy small and all it is good for is a place to sleep and showered and that is it. Location of property was really good. Close to all activities in Time Square.

It was a great place to stay for a business trip. Breakfast was convenient; however, I only opted to take part one day because they kept a huge crowd outside waiting in a cramped hallway. Staff were very kind.

Although breakfast was included, it was do crowded there was no way to find a table or even get through the masses to access the food. The elevators were extremely slow and always packed. Some check-in staff were unfriendly. The manager got involved though and she was great! The room was nice and newly renovated.

Walking distance to several places. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Booked through orbitz, paid what i thought was everything. Upon arrival I had to pay another 200.00 This should of been all upfront with no hidden fees.
