We absolutely loved this stay for a long weekend: clean, well appointed, quiet, convenient and just the right size for two. Liu made the check in and check out process super easy! I had originally booked for one guest and Liu was helpful when my plans changed for my partner to join me. This is on my permanent list for future NYC stays!

Illegal short term rental
I first booked this place through a different site, but that different rental site cancelled the reservation because it was an illegal short term rental. The owner asked me to reserve on vrbo, but it was almost $300 more in total because of sketchy additional charges. The owner promised me that they would refund the overage, and begged me to book. So I did, and the stay was fine. But upon my return home, I reached out to get my refund. After 3 or 4 correspondences, they never refunded me the additional charges. Its been a month since my trip, and it's clear that I was scammed. Dont let it happen to you - find another place to stay.
