When we arrived, we were told that we had been moved to a different hotel. I chose this hotel and location because it was close to the cruise port. The new hotel is not! It was finally agreed that they would pay for a car to take us to the new hotel and we were given two bottles of water. I asked for some kind of a refund and was told that the price at the new hotel is the same as what they had already charged on my credit card. The new hotel was very accommodating but the entire experience was very upsetting. I had spoken with someone at the hotel the day before arrival and all was good. I think they overbooked and because I made my reservation thru Expedia and not directly with Fairfield Inn and Suites, we were shipped out!
