Terrible service. This is not a hotel where you can hang out in your room. Its just a place for you to crash end of the day aftet site seeing. Average bed, small and not very clean bathrooms, barely any toiletries, no coffee machines, no microwave, no drinking water, stinky dirty towels and pillows, elevators dont work most of the time for customers needing accessibility. We went with a toddler and this hotel was the worst decision ever. Only reason why i gave 2 stars is the proximity to everything

Room amenities is really bad and the receptionist were pretty rude. They don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. And not even water. We have to use the $15 “hotel credit” from the hotel fees and yet we could only get 2 bottles because a bottle cost about $8 with tax. I don’t recommend this hotel.
