Great location and easy to walk to many sites. The hotel itself is nice, just the rooms (especially bathroom) didn’t have great water pressure and not very hot water.

Outdated but otherwise a good stay.
Service was great. Hotel is dated and needs some upgrades. AC in room didn’t work well. Centrally located right at Times Square and convenient to subway system.

No refrigerators in rooms but hey you can rent one for an additional $30/night. So much for my leftovers. Also curtain was broken and heat did not work properly. Temp in room would not go above 66 degrees. At essentially $500/night one would expect much better service and amenities as well as basic heating on a 20 degree night in NYC. Money grabbing lazy service.

Overall good location. The hotel needs some serious upgrade and repairs. The bathrooms were not really up to standards. Hot water was major issue specially in this weather.

I didnt like the cleaning, the carpet was old and visibly dirty. The shower towels were small and they didnt provide enough. Not good amenities. Front desk asked for passport instead of ID. Would not recommend.

The is is our fourth year in a row and you can’t beat it. Close to the parade you can see Times Square this is a must stay hotel. Everyone is so friendly.
