The hotel is very well located near shops and the Empire State Building, very close to Times Square, the room is a very good size, very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the breakfast food is basic, not bad but they could have more options, in general, I recommend this hotel

The staff is awesome, the breakfast was basic but exactly what's needed to get the day started. They keep your luggage for you when you check out for free, other nearby hotels charge you. You need a key to take the elevator as a safety measure and to get in the building at night. Housekeeping was phenomenal and accommodated all of our needs. I have zero complaints.

Daily housekeeping was nice but the timing was inconvenient - late in the afternoon when I was back in the room. Elevators sometimes slow and room card key didn't always function.
