I had read the reviews and everyone has their opinion. Mine was that we had no issues! Loved the convenience of our location. Staff was super friendly. Dining staff offered to make my waffle so I was able to make other plates. The elevator never had any waits. When arriving back from our outing we were greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies. When I had told the staff we would be departing at 5am my car was waiting outside for us. I would recommend this place. Now if you want big city views this would not be the place, but I still loved our people watching views.

Not a place to stay
I would never stay at this hotel again. I can only give a few stars to the breakfast staff. The room was SO small and dated. The towels and bedding were so old and didn’t feel clean. There was even a hole on the towel I used. The most disgusting thing was I found a pile of garbage hidden on the floor behind the TV.

Worst experience in NY!
Terrible experience! They gave us a room that I am not sure if it was even a room! Different bed than we booked, a bathroom that had no door (we did not book accessible room), we had to throw towels all over the floor because it would get wet, the shower was more a hose, we had to bend to get water on us, the experience was so bad that we checked out two days before our original date!! Never again!

Electrical outlets, phone inside room, ice machine, water refill dispenser, all these are not working! We brought it to the main lobby’s attention in our first night, we stayed there for 4 nights, 5 days and yet it still wasn’t fixed. On our last day, the elevator was not working and we couldn’t call the front desk because the phone is not working so I walked down 31 floors to complain about the elevator not working. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes to go back up and get my wife on the 31st floor! The staff didn’t even apologized
