Our overall experience was amazing. The rooms and service was phenomenal. The curly head lady at the front was so helpful. We arrived 3 hours before check in and she got us in a room as soon as we arrived. Definitely recommend this place when taking a trip to New York.

There was a huge clump of hair on the wall in the shower, it was disgusting. We asked on 7 different occasions for the hair to be removed during our 2 day stay. It was finally removed at 10am, an hour before we checked out. Beyond disgusting!

I love the property and staff, the service was great, and it has a great location near Time Square, trains stations, and 25 minutes on car to Newark Airport. I would recommend it and will go back!

The breakfast was pretty bad the only thing good was the waffles and it is a good walk to the actual time square lights . Also the elevator was annoying, but the staff were super nice and helpful . And a suggestion to always have water we would come back thirsty and never any water .
