Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was small but manageable. The only problem was that the sink didn’t drain ( took forever). The shower had good water pressure and shampoo/body soap attached to the wall which I found very convenient.

Better than expected!

Honestly, it was better than expected which was great because I didn’t expect much. The location is incredible! And for the price, I definitely think it was worth it! We had 3 people in a 2 bed room and although it was a little cramped, we made it work. We were also there for a week so we got used to it.

It was a place to sleep

It was a place to sleep. Older, out-of-date remodeling. My guess was rooms were created out of larger ones, which made the rooms and halls tiny. Television reception was terrible. Water had a distinct cedar after raste, perhaps from the water tank? Area was nice, Flatiron Building, Chelsea, etc.
