The room is small. Even compared to other NYC hotels. There is no closet. Just a couple of drawers for storage. But the bigger issue is the HVAC. They have window air-conditioning unit that is old and both noisy and inefficient. It took 20 minutes for it to start warning the air. And the temperature control is inaccurate and hard to find a comfortable setting.

Now well soundproofed, you hear every door close… loudly Very very small rooms with nowhere to unpack and put clothes away…. If you plan an extended stay. Room service was good, but be sure you ask for it. To restock coffee pods, had to go to front desk All in all, $3,400 for 5 nights was a bit much However…. These are only my observations

For the price, the room was very small, it was freezing and it took a few calls to remedy the situation...there was denial and also "we've never had anyone complain before" insert eye roll here. It wasn't very clean, for $250 per night, it was pretty bad. The one good thing is that it is a good location to easily to walk to things. It's a room you're happy to leave.ll

This is a basic hotel. However it is well priced, clean, safe and in an excellent location. The gym is a joke just get rid of it. I would stay there again.
