Our second NY stay
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We love the area. The only problem has been the constant construction in front of the hotel that has been going on 3 years and the hotel has another TV service that needs help. On the last night, we were able to get someone to help with that but it did require someone coming into the room. Hopefully on our next trip here, the construction will finally be finished.

Superb customer service
Front desk staff was superb in their service. Very friendly and attentive. Zoraida and Martin both went above and beyond to assist me when I realized I had forgotten to pack my phone charger's brick. Front desk also offered great recommendation on places to see and to grab something to eat. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay better than I expected.

The location of the hotel is great, near to subway and ferry as well as points of interest and places to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant once, the food was good. Our only issue was the bathroom was not in great shape. There was mold in the shower and in the picture frame on the wall. The glass shower door didn't close properly so water leaked on the floor. Water pressure was good though.
