Probably one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. No hot water. Queen fitted sheet put on king bed and did not fit. Was told to ket water run to get hot - what a waste of water and it never got hot.

Michelle was the best!! Great front counter service! Walking distance to all the major NYC attractions and subway stations. Right in the middle of the action which is where you want to be. Affordable !!

Location was best as it's next to Bryant Park at corner edge of Times Square next to lots of shops, restaurants, CVS etc and less than a block away for multiple subway stations with access to all subway lines. Room was very nice and clean with new modern designs. Hotel staff was very friendly and helped with lots of info about the area.

The hotel was great and fit our needs for the visit. The property was maintained but outdated. The location was convenient in Times Square. Walkable to the sites, Penn Station, and Port Authority. The Subway was at the corner of the block. We would be happy to stay here again.

It was a very nice stay, great customer service! The only small issue was that the shower was taking more than ten minutes to warm up the water. Other than that, everything was great from the front desk to the great locations nearby with many diners and shopping’s options.
