Enjoyed my stay, would stay again!
Overall a very good experience. Was given a balcony room on the 2nd floor and was expecting street noise, but the room was remarkably quite. Good access to theaters, restaurants, subways, shopping, etc. Room was very clean and had a nice amount of space for NYC. Would definitely stay again.

While I waited over an hour past check-in time for my room which apparently wasn’t ready, customer after customer was checked in and given room keys while I waited. I am absolutely amazed at how ridiculous it was - I waited for 90 minutes past the 3pm check in while everyone else after me got room keys. I was late to my early dinner reservation and generally disgusted. Then yesterday I checked out early but missed check out time by a couple of hours - naturally, when it’s in my favor, the time is strictly followed. So I spent only two nights and paid for three, and I wasn’t checked in when I was contractually supposed to be let into my room. Horrible experience.

The hotel is in a great location for sight seeing but the King room is small and the lobby is tiny, which resulted in crowding all day. The staff was nice enough but the street noise was terrible. We were on the 6th floor and it sounded like we were outside. Made sleeping tough for 2 out of the 3 nights. Probably won’t stay there again, especially with $75 valet per day.

Clean, comfortable & convenient
Fantastic 3 night stay with family. The location is superb & very walkable to Rockefeller Center, Times Square & Empire State Bldg. Our room had a mini cooler and microwave. Water bottles were offered upon check in. Staff was friendly, and our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the hot water lasted for all 4 of us to take separate showers. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

This was a great property, you are walking distance from so many cool attractions Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, radio cityMusic Hall. There are food trucks on every corner not to mention great restaurants all throughout the block. The only thing i didn’t like was our view in the room, so if you are a stickler about views be sure to ask what kind of view you are getting. Other than that pretty good hotel to be in time square(north)

Definitely would stay here again. Great location. We easily walked to everything, shows, dinner, Central Park etc…. We had a family of 4 including two teenagers. Rooms were a little tight but not bad at all. Everything was clean and comfortable. Sliding, frosted bathroom door didn’t lend to much privacy but that was manageable.

Good location and clean. However, the decor looked tired, there were not enough towels for the number of occupants (which we had to highlight on three occasions), the bathroom door was poorly fitted such that it wouldn’t close and the front door of the hotel was incredibly stiff. So for the price being charged, it was disappointing. Will go elsewhere next time.
