Wether it was amazing the noise from the street can be heard and i was in the 15 floor . The problem is the windows the need to seal it or change them , apart of that great hotel

Very impressed with staff, we had our dog with us and they were kind. The room was very well laid out. The drawbacks - the heating unit was very noisy, most places dont offer a magnifying mirror in tbe bath, and there wasnt one here. Lastly, this comment isin reference to pet fee.. Expedia shiwed a $50 charge, the hotel had a $75 charge. I wasnt able to resolve while there since i didnt have my password to log in. The fee is shown on all HH Garden Inn pet policy descriptions as $50 . Otherwise we would recommend the hotel

Great location for a long weekend stay in NYC with my family (me, my wife and our 5 year old). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I advise staying on a higher floor. Our room was on the 5th floor and the noise from the bar and street below kept us up on a Saturday night (it's the City afterall) Playing some white noise while we slept was helpful. Good breakfast in the morning to fuel a day of sightseeing and wandering.

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so by the staff. It was my 8 year old daughter’s birthday weekend and when I checked in the front desk made a make shift birthday bag from the convenience store. The morning of the birthday they left a birthday card in our room and also have her more goodies. Just such a nice special touch.
