The girl at the front desk when I checked in was very helpful and allowed me to check in early. Was able to walk to/from Barclays safely. Coffee,food, shopping nearby. Lobby area was cute.

The ladies working the front desk were rude and unfriendly. Amenity hold was too extravagant for the class level of property. Upon check out money should be immediately released. Some of us don’t always travel with unlimited money, I for a fact am one of this travelers, and I shouldn’t be penalized because of it!!!!!!

It was a beautiful experience, there was noise which was due to the construction. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going in the city

I got to the hotel around 7pm after driving for 5 hours, only to hear that my room was canceled, apparently there was a mix up in the system, after letting them know the $1200 was already withdrawn from my account for the room, they fixed that problem, I was then placed on the third floor in a crappy room that smelled like wet carpet, i was not happy with my stay at all, I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone👎
