We had a great stay at Hotel 32 32. The location was excellent, close to a subway station and centrally located near the Empire State Building, making it easy to travel both uptown and downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. The hotel itself had good amenities, including parking and gym access (though we didn’t use these). Our room had a kitchen, which was a nice feature, but it wasn’t very well equipped with utensils or cleaning supplies, so we didn’t use it much. We also had to wait for housekeeping to clean the dishes, which was a bit inconvenient. The room was cleaned daily and was generally very well maintained. However, some areas—like the heating vents and hard-to-reach spots—seemed permanently dusty. That said, the overall cleanliness was good. The room temperature was comfortable, though we couldn’t manually control it, and the vents were always on, making a slight noise. It wasn’t a major issue, but light sleepers might find it noticeable. Overall, it was a great hotel, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great, easy access to Penn station. It was quiet. We booked this hotel because it had a kitchenette and we were able to walk to whole foods and Trader Joes. The kitchen was great and made breakfast so easy. My only suggestion to the hotel would be dish soap and a papervtowels in the kitchen . staff were all friendly and provided us with bottled water. It was clean and comfortable. We will stay here agin.

Central location

Hotel facility shows some wear (e.g. could use a fresh coat of paint and some minor upgrades on their in-room furniture), but otherwise was a convenient location, staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable.

Lovely boutique hotel

Lovely boutique hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Full length mirror was in the room, which I appreciate as not all hotels are equipped with this. Sounds vain maybe, but a girl wants to know if her outfit is a nightmare are adequate. Front desk employees were very nice & helpful.

The elevator failed several times during our stay. The room next to ours stunk like someone had died in there. Only when we mentioned it they go in and clean. Surely the staff couls have noticed that. TV had to be fixed; cofee and cream, body soap not provided even though there was a $30 per day resort fee. The staff were not friendly / did not speak English. Is it possible to get some sort of refund?

I had an amazing stay. In the middle of everything, walkable stores and restaurants very convenient. Everyday we left out we came back to a clean room. The staff was very helpful and nice. The lobby receptionist, Sophia, has won me over. She is amazing and the sweetest everrrr. She even got me a gift for my birthday. So welcoming annd just a great vibe, now my daughter and I have to stay here every time we come to New York. 10/10 recommend :)

Kind, filled with pot.

Location is outstanding and the staff was so lovely. The rooms were tired. Paint, cleanliness…not that things weren’t being cleaned, just that the rooms have been used hard for a long time. So many of the occupants were smoking weed in the hallways that the elevator and hallways were always completely filled with the smell of pot. We kept a towel rolled underneath our door to keep the smell out of our room better we all work jobs where we are tested so it’s important to be able to be in a space where we can control whether we want to be high or not. This was not such a space.

Solid choice for tourists in midtown!

Listen this place is perfect for what it is. Small to medium affordable clean rooms within walking distance of all the tourist spots. I would totally book a room here again.

Nice hotel with great view and location. Sadly not a place I’d suggest to stay during winter months. Heater doesn’t really work. It was just way too cold which made the experience sort of unpleasant, which is sad, because room was quite nice.
