The staff were very polite, informative and helpful. The room could have been cleaner. The window sill had crumbs all over it and the windows had greasy handprints on them. The furniture is looking tired and ready to be updated. The location is great and lobby welcoming.

Great location in the Upper West Side, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, beautifully kept. Well worth the price. And street parking is not difficult. Save on parking garages.
