Pretty chill hitel

The hotel was a little hard to find but they have a big sign. Area had so much good food! It was worth the money for cleanliness and comfort. I enjoyed my stay. I wish they had breakfast but I understand:(

Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel stored our luggage before and after our stay so we could walk around the city without it. The room was a great size for NYC and very clean. Great view of the park. Terrific dining very close to the hotel being in the middle of Chinatown and Little Italy. Will stay there again!

Close to proximity to most of the things that we do. Location is great people are extremely nice. However, the hotel needs some upgrades. Such as showerhead doesn’t work in the showers. Things are kind of dirty and old and moldy considering it’s a nice hotel. these would make a considerable difference in the way people look at your hotel and giving you more value for your money.

It’s a bit out of the way compared to midtown, which makes it easier to drive to. This coupled with a nearby parking garage is very convenient.

I stay in New York City a lot, and I have to tell you, this property is a gem. The room was absolutely enormous, far bigger than I have ever stayed in. I never heard a peep of outside noise staying in this location whereas when you stay in the heart of the city, the traffic noises go on all night. They give free bottles of water which is almost unheard of in the city and the staff was great.

We really liked the location and the staff was great. Only complaint was that you couldn't adjust the heat and it was way too hot in the room. We had to call the front office and they adjusted but it was still too hot. They suggested opening the windows, which did help. Other than that, place was excellent and definitely will be back.
