Gorgeous hotel. The scaey Halloween decor put a damper on the experience. You can decorate for Halloween in a classy way that fits with the hotels decor. Breakfast buffet was average. Housekeeping response was slow or nonexistent. Asked for a blanket. Never came.

Great location. Breakfast was manic but a lot of choice and good quality. Beds comfortable. We had a room on the 26th floor. The view was fabulous and it was very quiet.

Convenient and well situated close to Times Square and Theater District. Staff were helpful and friendly. However one thing that let’s the hotel down is their cafeteria style breakfast, we got eggshells in our eggs (3 large pieces).

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff
Looking for a warm reception in NYC? Look no further than Hotel Riu Plaza! Everyone was so welcoming and kind and they even checked me in early (which was not expected but so great). Room was beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet. I did not have time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but it looked delightful. Super close walk to theater and Penn Station. Would definitely stay again.

Was perfect location for walking all the city attractions and theaters. Rooms were a little small but it really didn’t matter because we weren’t there to spend time in our room. Would definitely recommend!!
