This hotel was lovely, great area left was Rockefeller center and right was time square, Great food shop next door called cook, oh the food was fantastic and the service.we ending up going there all the time. The only thing this hotel needs in the rooms in a kettle or some kind of beverage service.

Room was nothing like the pictures on the website. Toliet was clogged 3 of 5 days we were there. Tv remote didn’t work. There were no amenities such as fridge, ice machine, minimal plugs, water took forever to heat up. Room was extremely small for two queen beds.

Second time staying at this hotel. We came last year for Christmas and loved it so much that we came back this Christmas season. Hotel is in the most perfect location. For us that is the main drawing point. It’s nothing super ritzy or special but it’s cute and cozy and has everything you need. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from. We especially loved perfect pint and connollys which are right beside the hotel. Would recommend to anyone for the price and the location.

The floor felt a gritty as if it wasn't vacuumed; no kleenex in the room; window was cracked and cold air was getting in. Otherwise, sheets and towels were clean. Shower had hot water. All else was ok.

Hotel needs serious updating! Mattresses were atrocious, vinyl flooring, room was 80 degrees with no way to moderate or control temp, mouldings, wall paper, paint, etc. was old scratched, chipped and in poor condition…same with hallway carpeting. No idea how you have this hotel rated as a decently rated hotel!

This was a nice stay. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy, but I think that is a result of the location. It is a very busy area. I was only there for a night, but I would recommend the hotel. It was so central to everything we did. I never needed transportation.

We started off kind of shaky, because I didn’t realize I had booked a handicap accessible room with a shower that was large and would accommodate a wheelchair. We didn’t realize why we didn’t have a bathtub. We initially were just going to go to a different hotel. However, when I went and explained what had happened, they were able to find us a new room at no extra charge. The staff was wonderful, the housekeeper was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again! It’s also convenient to everything!
