The front desk staff and breakfast staff was amazing and helpful. The housekeeping was horrible. One day of our four nights stay, they did not clean our room even after four calls. The second day they didn't clean our room till 9 o'clock at night and only after three calls. Our toilet would not work at all. I called maintenance twice and showed him exactly what to do to fix it to replace The stopper. He still didn't do it and every time we use the toilet, I had to fix the clasp on the stopper to make it flush. You would think when you pay for a hotel room the toilet should work every time.

I would like to give a sincere thank you to Kevin at the front desk who greeted me upon my arrival. He was friendly , helpful , pleasant and appeared to enjoy his job which was refreshing. I was told where to park and was a little nervous when the car in front of me was told the garage was full anxious I almost backed out but I waited and was told there was room for guests . I was very happy . I was reassured by Kevin if I needed anything to just call and when I called he answered . Best service ever. Thank you for a great weekend .No one compliments any more only complains. Have a great day

Everyone was Pleasant on arrival. Just they said we could check in early, paid 100. But our room wasnt ready till 3. So they didnt give the money back. But everything else was great!
