**Review of The Ink Hotel: 5/5** I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ink Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The location is simply unbeatable—nestled in the heart of the city, I was just steps away from some of NYC's best attractions. Checking in and out was a breeze, making my travel experience all the more enjoyable. The staff truly made my stay memorable; they were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. I can’t wait to return to The Ink Hotel for my future NYC trips! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay.

Ac don’t work properly , no restaurants in the hotel , the roof top bar closed and no one told us . I will not be staying here again . I was also woken up at 4 am due to a mob in the front of the hotel yelling !

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly. Does not feel like a 4-star; very dated; limited services (eg, no free coffee either in room or lobby); HVAC system was feast or famine, either freezing or melting. It was a good bargain for my stay of 2 nights but not quite the same vibe as its earlier Kimpton days.

I called ahead since I would be arriving late and I was told over the phone that I would still be able to valet my car. Upon arrival they refused saying that the person on the phone was not apart of the hotel. The room I was given had no view OR any quiet reprieve from the noisy city! Not worth the price!!
