After finally checking into our room. There were no washcloths for myself or my spouse. We called down immediately and ended up having to wash up with hand towels. There was also an issue with the lighting in the room, which was also reported upon arrival. The light did not get fixed during our stay. We also had a major issue of dust on one of the fixtures. It was so thick, I tried to wipe it off with my hand because there were no additional towels available.

Room was spacious with a comfortable and large shower. Good views out of the window. Check in was efficient. Two major issues: a work colleague was late arriving (after midnight) and the hotel sold his pre-paid room!!!!! That is a No No! Second, there was a water outage overnight one evening and the water through all the facets and shower were brown for 15 minutes!!!! Not good.

I messaged them to try and give us a nice high up room and extra towels bc it was our anniversary. They put us on the 3rd floor and no extra towels. Coming in I thought the hotel was a bit more higher end, but it is honestly just an average hotel with average staff and amenities. The rooftop isn’t even open at the moment and hasn’t been for a few months. So I feel the price I paid wasn’t worth it. I have no reason to return here.

Never disappoints
Stylish, great location, chic rooms, spotless. We’ve stayed at Ink48 several times and will definitely be back. It’s very well managed and all of the staff are very professional, very friendly, and go that little bit further to make sure their guests are well-looked after. A really excellent hotel.

Room was great … amenities not so much
The hotel itself was beautiful - modern rooms and conveniently located. The only reason that it isn’t 5 star was that food options were limited and valet service takes an hour to retrieve your car. Guests were opting to go get their own cars. At $80 a day this was ridiculous.

A lot of noise all night coming from outside of the hotel during our entire stay. The room was next to an intersection and a club (Loud music playing very late, people yelling, cars passing by...)
