Excellent stay in great location!
We absolutely loved staying at the Kixby...rooms are clean, updated, and everyone was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect as well, especially close to Penn Station and Flatiron. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to everything midtown. A subway just down the street but very busy 24/7 meaning quite noisy at night but that’s NYC. Hotel rooms a good size, bed’s very comfortable and amenities great. I look forward to coming back in the future.

My Kixby key woes
Been at the Kixby a few times but unfortunately this wasn’t my favorite stay. My room key wouldn’t work on multiple occasions either at my hotel room door or on the elevator which was a bit frustrating because I had to go to the front desk to get it ratified. Staff were pleasant as usual and very helpful

It’s fine.
It’s a little pricy for this type of hotel but everything thing is expensive in nyc. It’s not my first choice when I go back but I would stay again if needed.

Mixed feelings about the Kixby. Good location staff were ok. Would have had no problem paying the daily tax had the coffee machine been on in the morning when people drink coffee. The coffee machine was only available 13.00-15.00hrs, heard several people complain about this. £30 a day for a water machine!!! Thanks for that. Raised this via email & advised they would go to Starbucks for me for a charge!
