We had a great experience staying here. The hotel provided exceptional guest service and amenities. The staff was friendly, bed and bedding were comfortable, bathrobes came with the room, tumblers for guests, complimentary beverages such as water, sparkling water, coffee, specialty drinks, and snacks. The gym had everything we needed and I appreciated using the Peloton bike for avid indoor cyclists like me!! It’s conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan so we were able to walk and take the subway everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is well presented and our room was clean and a very good size. The breakfast option for $20 was very limited and not worth the cost, better options available locally. Good transport links and a short walk to the Empire State Building plus a great view of it from the roof top terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location! Rooms were clean and bigger than expected. Staff wss friendly and effecient. Only minor annoyance was the elevators had issues recognizing the electronic room key and we missed our floor more than once. Other guests had the same issue. Would definitely stay here again.
