We had an amazing experience at the Towers! The room was big, two closets, large shower and comfortable bed. We had a technical issue and someone came up within ten minutes to fix it, and the housekeeper went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The room did get warm at night. The repair person changed the filter, which helped, but we assumed the air wouldn’t go below 68 because it is typically cooler in NYC at this time of year. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and hope to stay here going forward. Absolutely recommended!!

Great stay, super convenient location. The downside is there is ALWAYS extend wait times at the concierge for check in and check out. Always incredibly busy and lined up around the corner.
