This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect part of town. The structure is iconic, and the lobby is beautiful. The Christmas vibe is excellent (trees, Santa, hot chocolate bar, etc.). Complaints about elevator wait time are valid, and our room safe did not work. The bathroom is cramped with little surface space for toiletries. Again, it is a stunning hotel, which attracts a lot of tourists.

We enjoyed our stay at Lotte. The location can’t be beat, it’s a super walkable area but we also took cabs/ubers and the subway nearby without issue. The check-in process could be improved. They only had two people working and I stood in line for close to 40min waiting for our room key, after previously checking in then being informed our room was ready before 4pm. The front desk almost always had a long line. The hotel was very nice and convenient, but overall I felt it was overpriced for what you get.
